Kaleena is such genuine ''good people'', they're hard to come by but once you meet them you know they hold a special place in this world. I've been thankful to become good friends with Kaleena's husband Eric, whom I've worked with at Bridgestone for some time, and through him I've had the pleasure of meeting his wonderful wife and children. I have also been fortunate enough to have worked with them three times throughout my career as a photographer.
This session was a gift to Kaleena {and Kierci} for Mother's Day. Kaleena is a mother to THREE boys and one girl. This was the perfect time to have some girl bonding and hopefully photographs to treasure years from now. This session made me realize that I would like to have pictures taken with my mother and my daughter so that I have those moments to hold on to later in life - so I've actually inquired about these photos with a local photographer. {Exciting!}
Anyway, and then there is Kierci. Honestly, I think they should feel so blessed to have a little girl who has such a big warm heart. She surprises me, sacrificing her birthday to raise awareness to a charity - so thoughtless. I've never seen her act out, talk back, or do many of the things that children her age do, she's just a very caring intuitive little girl.
It was definitely my pleasure to photograph this experience for these two lovely ladies.
