This wedding was proof that you CAN make things happen without knowing what to be prepared for. Although we weren't able to fit in any creative shots ... we still managed to get a lot of decent shots.

So this was my first wedding of 2011, last year my first wedding made me so nervous I couldn't even sleep the night before. I was much more calm and collective this time around... I managed to remember the group formations and things like that. I still think I spend an awful lot of time stressing over formals and I can seem to forget my creativity after I've worried about them. So I'm definitely going to work on that.

This wedding was for my best friend (since SIXTH grade!!) Katie's sister Selena. I've pretty much grown up with Katie's family and it was amazing being able to see everyone that I unfortunately haven't been able to see in so long. All in all, we didn't get to go out to the parks or anything like that for the more artsy shots.. but I think I was able to capture what makes these people all so unique.
