{Veyda's Day}

So obviously the whole family participated in this event - but this session was primarily the focus of little Veyda's first birthday. {Yes all you 'My Girl' fans can use the reference!} This tiny little thing was everything I love a one year old to be for pictures: content, happy, and 75% smiley. Sometimes she'd just look at me like 'Lady, what's going on here? What's with the big black thing in your face? Why you making me do this?!?'  .... Which I'm 100% convinced that if she could talk, that's what she'd have been saying. But the important thing is - she wasn't crying! Although I may like a couple fit throwing pics, the parents typically despise them... because of course we want pictures of our smiling happy baby! This baby girl melted my heart and I could just squeeze that adorable little face! Here are some pictures from her session:
