{Stealing quotes from THE best children's movie - The Wizard of Oz, of course.} Well after a week long rendezvous with this nasty little thing called the 'norovirus' we were finally able to enjoy some nice weather. I tell you, that stinkin' bug is neverending! It's the pits for sure, so my little tikes were thrilled to spend some time outdoors - we hit up a couple local parks and of course I brought my camera along. The kids weren't really feeling pictures and my husband says {and I quote} "Not every trip to the park is a photo opportunity." ..... Hmmph. I guess he has a point, but I couldn't see being out in that beautiful weather with my beautiful babies and NOT bringing my third child along, it just didn't seem right... but alas they weren't interested.

I did however manage to get my daughter to look up at me .... ONCE...

Now my son on the other hand thought it would be much more fun to make faces and be silly...

Well, at least he's giving me his best ''puckered kiss lips" ..... can you blame me for at least trying? I want to capture every moment of my child's lives.. but I suppose my wonderful husband has a point, sometimes it's okay to just drop everything and play. Next time, I'm going without my gear and I'm getting on that swing too! Looking forward to a beautiful spring! Hope you are too!
