The Woods Family
Lord, Hayden gave me a run for my $. Doesn't he just look mischievous? Definitely two. Reminds me so much of a toddler I have of my own. A lot of people assume that this age is really difficult to photograph and I guess that all depends on your idea of what 'difficult' means. Can you get toddlers to 'pose', generally ... no. But that's why I personally LOVE sessions with toddlers, provided their at least not crying - haha. :)
I think toddlers tend to give us the most authentic candid moments. Because I do have a bit of a photojournalistic approach, candid moments will always top my list of favorites so these sessions are definitely a lot of fun. & to top it off, I realized half way there that I was literally out of gas. Talk about panic mode when you're on gravel roads you're completely unfamiliar with and on the verge of running out of gas... THANKFULLY this wonderful family gave me enough juice to get home.
Check that off as most embarrassing moment photographing. I'm sure there will be more to come.
In any case, beautiful family - WONDERFUL little boy, full of attitude. Definitely my pleasure to have been given the opportunity to photograph their family.
